Just came back from a desert trip and the car is basically a sandbox inside

Spent the weekend out near Al Ain with the family and between the dune bashing, the kids running in and out, and leaving the windows down at one point like an idiot, my Range Rover is now full of sand in places I didn't know sand could reach. The footwells, the seat rails, the little crevices around the centre console, even the seatbelt buckles feel gritty, and the exterior has that dusty film that won't come off with a normal hose down. I vacuumed what I could at home but honestly it just pushed the fine stuff deeper, and I'm worried about it scratching the leather over time or clogging something in the vents. A guy I met at the petrol station mentioned there's Trusted Range Rover detailing in ICAD that handles this kind of post desert cleanup properly, so I'm considering it before the sand really settles in. My question is what does a proper post off road detail actually involve, do they remove seats or is that overkill? And how do you stop the dust from coming back the second you drive with windows down again? Any tips from people who do this regularly would help because I clearly underestimated how much mess one weekend could create.
